After that, the individual steps will be explained to you in detail.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In training planning, a workout is always planned <strong>either<\/strong> as a single <strong>activity<\/strong> or as a <strong>session<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>An <strong>activity<\/strong> is normally created from different <strong>exercises<\/strong>. You can now use this &#8220;warm-up activity&#8221; for your training planning.<br>3) Or you can create a one-time session, in which this &#8220;warm-up activity&#8221; is only the first part. Further activities like a &#8220;strength unit&#8221; or a &#8220;cool down part&#8221; are additional activities which will be added to this session. You now have a session which consists of 1. warm-up 2. strength and 3. cool-down.<br>4) In the future you can plan your workouts easily and quickly with this created standard session.
