To continue your planning right away, follow this step-by-step guide on how to set up a new season correctly.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Switch season<\/h3>\n

As soon as a new season has been activated for your sport, you can change the season in the top right-hand corner of your platform.<\/p>\n\n

Step 2: Register athletes for the new season<\/h3>\n

Click on ATHLETES in the main menu on the left below Dashboard, to see the list of all your assigned athletes. Check the box next to the athlete’s name and click on \u201cRegister season\/FTEM<\/strong>\u201d above the athlete list. Select the appropriate FTEM level from the drop-down menu or select \u201cNo FTEM<\/strong>\u201d if you are working without FTEM levels.<\/p>\n

The athletes are assigned the selected FTEM level and are now activated for the new season. From now on, the athletes can also select the new season on their platform.<\/p>\n\n\n

If an athlete is assigned to several coaches, this step only needs to be carried out by one coach.<\/p>\n\n\n

Step 3: Create training group(s) and team(s)<\/h3>\n

If you have worked with training groups and teams, you will need to create them again for the new season.<\/p>\n

You can create your training group(s) under TRAINING – GROUPS and your team(s) under COMPETITIONS – TEAMS. Then add the athletes and coaches to the group or team.<\/p>\n
