This includes information on sleep duration and quality, physical condition, mood, motivation, HRV, pulse, overnight height, muscle soreness and energy level.<\/p>\n<p>Under DAILY VALUES you will find an overview of the most important key figures of your daily value entries over a period of time defined by you in the upper area.<\/p>\n<h3>Add daily value<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"hkb-article__content\">\n<p>Click on the \u201c<strong>+ New<\/strong>\u201d field. On the left-hand side, enter the information on sleep and feeling and optionally a comment. On the right-hand side, you can add information about injuries, pain or illnesses. To do this, click on the \u201c<strong>+ symbol<\/strong>\u201d, select a type, mark the affected body part, enter the severity and add a comment if required. Click on \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d. With the \u201c<strong>arrow symbol<\/strong>\u201d you have the option of copying the last entry on the physical condition. The charts can also be downloaded as SVG, PNG, or CSV files.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Below, you&#8217;ll see a list of all your daily values. You can use the filters to view only specific entries. If you click on the date of a daily value, the reported injuries and areas of pain will be displayed, along with any comments you may have made.<\/p>\n<header class=\"hkb-article__header\">\n<h3>Edit or delete daily value<\/h3>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"hkb-article__content\">\n<p>If you want to edit a daily value, click on the \u201c<strong>pencil symbol<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201c<strong>Actions<\/strong>\u201d column on the right-hand side of the row for the corresponding daily value. Enter the relevant adjustments in the window that appears and click on \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to delete an entered daily value, click on the \u201c<strong>trash can icon<\/strong>\u201d on the line of the corresponding daily value on the right in the \u201c<strong>Actions<\/strong>\u201d column.
