We offer you the option of importing the attendance list from Force8 Coach into the National Database Sport (NDS)<\/a> from Youth + Sport<\/a>. This means that it is sufficient to keep a clean attendance list in Force8 Coach. There is no need to keep an additional list in the NDS.<\/p>\n\n\n

To be able to use the attendance control export, your club needs the \u201cFields Configurator<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important:<\/strong> In the NDS, you (or your Y+S coach) register your offer as usual with the corresponding courses and activities. Make sure that all coaches and participants are assigned to the respective courses.<\/p>\n\n\n

Follow this step-by-step guide to import your attendance list from Force8 Coach into the NDS.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Set up the detailed configurator (Club Admin only)<\/h3>\n

To query the Y+S number of the coaches, the club admin must create a field for the Y+S number under CLUB – ADMINISTRATION – FIELDS CONFIGURATOR. We explain how new fields can be created in the fields configurator in the article Fields configurator<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Very important: <\/strong>The field must have the name \u201cJ+S Personen Nummer<\/strong>\u201d and be assigned to the user type \u201cCoach<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n

All coaches can then enter their \u201cY+S person number<\/strong>\u201d themselves in their \u201cCoach profile<\/strong>\u201d under \u201cClub Details<\/strong>\u201d. This information is mandatory for the attendance control export.<\/p>\n\n

Step 2: Activities and participants<\/h3>\n

In the menu, click on ANALYSES \u2013 ADVANCED and then on J+S EXPORT. On the left, select the desired season, your user group, and the desired training group. Since the export file requires a location, you can enter a location here if it is not already stored in the activities. Finally, you can remove individual athletes from the selection if necessary.<\/p>\n

Switch to the \u201cActivities<\/strong>\u201d tab. On the left-hand side, you will see all activities, and on the right-hand side, all participants in the selected training group. You can see at a glance which participants have not yet filled in the mandatory fields. If mandatory fields are left blank, the AWK export will not work later.<\/p>\n

You can export both lists as CSV files to import activities and participants into the NDS.<\/p>\n\n\n

Athletes can enter their Y+S number\/personal number in their athlete profile under \u201cPersonal Details<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201cY+S Number<\/strong>\u201d field.
You can also fill in this information yourself in the respective athlete profile.<\/p>\n\n\n

Step 3: Export presence list<\/h3>\n

Switch to the \u201cY+S presence list<\/strong>\u201d tab at the top. All those present (participants and coaches) for all activities are displayed here.<\/p>\n

All participants and coaches who have the event status \u201cavailable<\/strong>\u201d in the respective activity are marked as present. In the case of a session with several activities, the status of the first activity is used.<\/p>\n

Click on the \u201cCSV download icon<\/strong>\u201d below the list. A CSV file with the name \u201cawk_Name of practice group<\/strong>\u201d will be saved on your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n

Very important:<\/strong> The date, duration and start time of the activity in Force8 Coach must match the previously entered activity details in the Y+S NDS! Otherwise the import will not work!<\/p>\n\n\n

You can also edit individual entries in the table at a later date. To do this, click on \u201cEditable dataframe Y+S presence list<\/strong>\u201d below the list. The same list will appear again, in which you can change each field as required. You can then also download the edited list.<\/p>\n

Step 4: Import the attendance control into the NDS<\/h3>\n

In the NDS, go to the desired course and select the \u201cAttendance monitoring<\/strong>\u201d tab at the top. Under \u201cActions<\/strong>\u201d, click on \u201cImport attendance control<\/strong>\u201d. In the window that appears, you can then upload the file previously exported from Force8 Coach and click on \u201cImport<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n

Very important:<\/strong> As the NDS always overwrites all existing attendances of a course during an import, it is important that you import the attendances of all trainings of a course TOGETHER!<\/p>\n\n\n

The import is now complete and the attendance control in the NDS is now synchronized with the data from Force8 Coach.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
