{"id":4326,"date":"2024-11-07T08:15:53","date_gmt":"2024-11-07T08:15:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.force8.coach\/knowledge-base\/force8-coach-kalender-in-persoenlichen-kalender-importieren\/"},"modified":"2026-01-19T09:29:29","modified_gmt":"2026-01-19T09:29:29","slug":"force8-coach-kalender-in-persoenlichen-kalender-importieren","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.force8.coach\/en\/knowledge-base\/force8-coach-kalender-in-persoenlichen-kalender-importieren\/","title":{"rendered":"Import Force8 Coach calendar into personal calendar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can use the \u201c<strong>Subscribe Calendar<\/strong>&#8221; function to import your Force8 Coach calendar into your personal calendar (e.g. Google, Outlook, Apple).<\/p>\n<p>Proceed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For coaches:<\/strong> Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select COACH PROFILE.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For athletes:<\/strong> Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select ATHLETES PROFILE (or DASHBOARD &#8211; CALENDAR).<\/li>\n<li><strong>For family members:<\/strong> Click on CALENDAR in the menu on the left.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then click on the \u201c<strong>Subscribe Calendar<\/strong>&#8221; at the top right of the overview and copy the link that appears in the window.<\/p>\n<p>In the following sections, we explain how you can add this link in the most common calendar apps.<\/p>\n<h3>Google Calendar<\/h3>\n<h4>Web App \/ Desktop App<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Open your Google Calendar and log in<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u201c<strong>+ symbol<\/strong>\u201d to the right of \u201c<strong>Other calendars<\/strong>\u201d and select \u201c<strong>From URL<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Paste the copied link and confirm with \u201c<strong>Add calendar<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\"><strong>Very important:<\/strong> With Google Calendar, the synchronization of calendar subscriptions can take a different amount of time. Typically, the update takes place every <strong>12 to 24 hours<\/strong>, but Google does not guarantee a fixed period for calendar subscriptions. Under \u201c<strong>Other notifications<\/strong>\u201d, you can set whether you want to be notified of changes to events, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n<h4>Mobile App<\/h4>\n<p>It is not possible to add an link directly in the Google Calendar app on your smartphone. However, as soon as you have added the link in the web version, the calendar automatically synchronizes with the Google Calendar app on your smartphone.<\/p>\n<h3>Windows Outlook<\/h3>\n<h4>Web App \/ Windows Desktop App<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Open your Outlook calendar and log in<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201c<strong>Add calendar<\/strong>\u201d on the left and select \u201c<strong>Subscribe from web<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Paste the copied link, give the calendar a name and confirm with \u201c<strong>Import<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\"><strong>Very important:<\/strong> In Outlook, calendar subscriptions are usually updated <strong>every 3 to 24 hours<\/strong>. The exact time interval may vary. The Outlook app itself does not offer this function. If you have added the calendar in the web version, the calendar will now be integrated into your Outlook account and will also appear in the Outlook app on your smartphone.<\/p>\n<h3>Apple Calendar<\/h3>\n<h4>Desktop App<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the calendar app on your Mac<\/li>\n<li>Go to FILE and select NEW CALENDAR SUBSCRIPTION<\/li>\n<li>Enter the copied link and confirm with \u201c<strong>Subscribe<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<li>In the window that appears, you can enter a name for the calendar and select the update period.
