Under SEASON – OVERVIEW you can create individual calendar plans with appointments and assign them to your athletes and coaches. The assigned calendars are displayed directly in the athletes’ and coaches’ dashboard so that they always have a clear overview of all important appointments.<\/p>\n

Create categories<\/h3>\n

First you need to create one or more categories. To do this, click on \u201cPlans<\/strong>\u201d on the right and then on \u201cCategories<\/strong>\u201d. In the window that appears, you can enter a name for the category (e.g. seasonal phases, club dates, vacations, etc.) and select a color to represent the category.<\/p>\n

All created categories are visible to all other coaches in your club. You also have the option of editing categories (click on the \u201cpencil icon<\/strong>\u201d) or deleting them (click on the \u201ctrash can icon<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Tip:<\/strong> If you want to organize your categories clearly, then use numbering to display them in an orderly structure.<\/p>\n\n\n

Create plans<\/h3>\n

Click on \u201c+ New<\/strong>\u201d on the right and enter a name for the plan (e.g. club planning<\/em>, U20 planning<\/strong>, etc.). Then click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d. You are now in the newly created plan.<\/p>\n\n\n

For federations only:<\/strong> Federations have the option of using the \u201cFederation Plan<\/strong>\u201d option. If this option is activated, the plan is made available to all clubs within the association.<\/p>\n\n\n

Add time slots<\/h4>\n

Click on \u201c+ Time Slot<\/strong>\u201d on the right to create a new entry for this plan. In the window that appears, you can enter a name, specify the time period and select a category. The \u201cUncategorized<\/strong>\u201d category is also available if you want to add your time slot without a specific category.<\/p>\n\n\n

You can add any number of time slots to a plan.<\/p>\n\n\n

.ics Import<\/h4>\n

You can also add appointments to a plan via an .ics import. To do this, click on \u201c.ics Import<\/strong>\u201d. In the window that appears, either click on the field to select an .ics file or drag the file directly into the window. Then select a category and click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Copying plans from a previous season<\/h4>\n

You will find a filter at the top of the list of all plans. Select the desired previous season there. All plans for this season will then be displayed. To copy a plan, click on the \u201cduplicate icon<\/strong>\u201d next to the corresponding plan. Then enter a name for the copy. The plan will now be copied to the current season.<\/p>\n\n\n

Attention:<\/strong> The dates are taken over exactly. You may have to adjust them accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n

If you return to the start page under SEASON – OVERVIEW, you can assign your created plans to individual athletes, groups, teams, age groups or sports under \u201cAssign Management<\/strong>\u201d. Simply select the relevant tab, mark the desired athlete, group etc. in the list on the left and click on \u201c+ Assign<\/strong>\u201d. Then select the schedules to be assigned. Confirm by clicking on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

You can remove an existing assignment at any time using the \u201c– Unassign<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n

In the \u201cAthletes<\/strong>\u201d tab, you can see which plans are assigned to each of your athletes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The assigned plans are displayed to the athletes in their dashboard. Any number of plans can be assigned to an athlete. The athlete has the option of deciding for themselves which plans should be displayed and which should not.<\/p>\n\n\n

Overview<\/h3>\n

Click on the \u201cpurple button<\/strong>\u201d, select the plans to be displayed in the overview and then click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d. You can then show or hide individual plans by clicking on the name of the plan. A maximum of 6 plans can be displayed simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n

As a coach, all plans assigned to your athletes are displayed in the overview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
