At the top you have the tabs \u00ab<strong>Overview<\/strong>\u00bb, \u00ab<strong>Performance<\/strong>\u00bb, \u00ab<strong>Attendance<\/strong>\u00bb and \u00ab<strong>HR Zones<\/strong>\u00bb.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Select at the top the time period for which you want to have the data displayed.<\/p>\n<h3>Overview<\/h3>\n<p>Here you can see which types of training you have practised most frequently and how often you have trained both individually and in a group. These show you, among other things, in which heart rate zone you have completed the most training hours.
