Under MEDIA – FILE SHARING you can upload files and share them specifically with athletes or coaches. You have the option of uploading individual files or organizing them in folders you have created yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n

Your club has 10 GB of storage space at its disposal. If required, your club can purchase additional storage space at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the \u201cMy Files<\/strong>\u201d tab, you will find all the folders and files that you have uploaded. You can see who you have assigned this folder\/file to in the \u201cShared with<\/strong>\u201d column.<\/p>\n

Create folder<\/h3>\n

Click on \u201cFolder<\/strong>\u201d in the top right-hand corner and enter a name for the folder and a description if required in the window that appears. If you check the \u201cAllow uploads<\/strong>\u201d box, this means that everyone who is assigned to this folder can also upload data to this folder. Then click on \u201cNext<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

You will be taken to the \u201cShare Options<\/strong>\u201d tab. Here you have to select who you want to share this folder with. You can either share the folder with a specific sport, an age group, a group, a team or specific users (athletes and\/or coaches).<\/p>\n

Depending on your selection, you must also determine whether you want to share the folder for all seasons or only for specific seasons, as well as whether the file should only be shared with coaches or athletes or both.<\/p>\n

Important: <\/strong>A file that has already been uploaded cannot be added to a folder later. If you want to add a file to a specific folder, select the folder before uploading.<\/p>\n\n\n

Click on \u201cFile<\/strong>\u201d at the top right. In the window that appears, you can drag in the desired file directly or click on \u201cbrowse<\/strong>\u201d to select the file.<\/p>\n\n\n

The \u201cPrivate<\/strong>\u201d option is available and is particularly important if athletes want to upload a file that should only be visible to coaches – not to other athletes with access to the folder.<\/p>\n\n\n

If you have added the file within a folder, the file is automatically shared with the people for whom the folder has been shared. If you upload a file individually (not in a folder), you must set who you want to share the file with when uploading.<\/p>\n\n

Download file<\/h3>\n

All shared files can be downloaded by clicking on the \u201cDownload icon<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201cActions<\/strong>\u201d column.<\/p>\n\n

Edit or delete folder\/file<\/h3>\n

To edit a file or folder (e.g. change the assignment or adjust the name of the folder), click on the \u201cpencil icon<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201cActions<\/strong>\u201d column.<\/p>\n

To remove a file or folder, click on the \u201ctrash can icon<\/strong>\u201d and confirm the process with \u201cDelete<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n
