Under SETTINGS – ADMINISTRATION in the \u201cAge Groups<\/strong>\u201d tab you can define different age groups for your club and assign the athletes and coaches to the respective age groups. You can also assign coaches a specific function within the age group if required.<\/p>\n\n\n

Age groups are optional, so you are not obliged to work with age groups.<\/p>\n\n\n

Click on \u201c+ New<\/strong>\u201d on the right and enter the name of the age group in the window that appears. Optionally, you can also add a picture. Finally, click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d to create the age group.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Important:<\/strong> In order for your coaches and athletes to be able to work with the age groups, you must assign them to the appropriate age group.<\/p>\n\n\n

Add athletes and coaches to an age group<\/h3>\n

Click on the name of the corresponding age group to go directly to the \u201cAthletes<\/strong>\u201d tab. Click on \u201c+ Add<\/strong>\u201d on the right and select all the athletes you want to add to this age group in the window that appears. Then click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d. Then switch to the \u201cCoaches<\/strong>\u201d tab and repeat the process to add the appropriate coaches.<\/p>\n\n\n

If you have already worked with the same age group in the previous season, you can use the \u201cLoad button<\/strong>\u201d to add the users to the age group. This will display all athletes and coaches in the age group from last year. If necessary, select the desired persons and then click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n

Functions<\/h3>\n

If you would like to assign an age group function to your coaches, you must first create it. To do this, click on \u201cFunctions<\/strong>\u201d, enter the name of the desired function and save it with the green \u201cSave button<\/strong>\u201d. You can create as many functions as you like.<\/p>\n

Then switch to the \u201cCoaches<\/strong>\u201d tab within an age group. Click on the \u201c+<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201cFunction<\/strong>\u201d column for the desired coach, select the appropriate function from the list and click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n
