With the medical dossier, your coach or the medical staff at your club can document your medical information quickly and easily.<\/p>\r\n

Dashboard<\/h3>\r\n

Under HEALTH CENTER – MEDICAL DOSSIER – DASHBOARD you have an overview of all entries. You can also see key figures for your daily values and your status changes.<\/p>\r\n

Click on the date of a medical entry to access the details. Here you can view general updates or messages to the coaches, among other things. All messages relating to this medical entry will remain as a log in the overview.<\/p>\r\n

If a \u201cbracket\u201d is displayed next to the name of an entry, this means that a file has been uploaded for this entry. Click on the entry and switch to the \u201cAttachments<\/strong>\u201d tab to view or download the file.<\/p>\r\n

For concussions, you can also view the \u201cSCAT5<\/strong>\u201d log entries and the current status (\u201cactive\u201d or \u201cclosed\u201d). To view the completed symptom questionnaire, click on the \u201cSCAT5<\/strong>\u201d tab and then on the date of an entry.<\/p>\r\n

Authorizations<\/h3>\r\n

Under AUTHORIZATIONS you can see who has access to your medical dossier. The club admin can specify that all coaches must first request access permission from the athlete.<\/p>\r\n

If such a request has been made, you can decide here for each individual coach whether to authorize or deny the request.<\/p>\r\n
