Under TESTINGS – VALUATIONS you can create individual valuations for your athletes based on self-defined criteria and your own rating scale.<\/p>\n

Create criteria<\/h3>\n

Go to CRITERIA in the menu and click on \u201c+New<\/strong>\u201d in the top right-hand corner. Enter the name of the criterion in the window that appears and add a description if required. Then switch to the \u201cMedia<\/strong>\u201d tab to add an image or a video link. Finally, click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Edit\/delete criteria<\/h3>\n

To edit a criterion, click on the \u201cpencil icon<\/strong>\u201d under \u201cActions<\/strong>\u201d on the right-hand side of the relevant criterion. Make the desired changes in the window that appears and click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d. To delete a criterion, click on the \u201ctrash can icon<\/strong>\u201d and confirm with \u201cDelete<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Create valuation<\/h3>\n

Go to VALUATIONS in the menu and click on \u201c+New<\/strong>\u201d at the top right. In the \u201cDetails<\/strong>\u201d tab, enter the name of the valuation and a description if required. You must also define the range within which you would like to submit your ratings (e.g. grades from 1-6, or a scale from 1-100 etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n

Federations have the option \u201cShare with Federation Clubs<\/strong>\u201d. If this is selected, the corresponding valuation is available to all clubs in the federation.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the \u201cCriteria<\/strong>\u201d tab, select the checkboxes to the left of the criteria you want to add to the rating. In the \u201cColors<\/strong>\u201d tab, you can define your own color ranges for your scale. The results you enter will then be colored according to your color ranges. In the \u201cMedia<\/strong>\u201d tab, you also have the option of adding an image and a video link to the valuation. Then click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n

Carry out an valuation of an athlete<\/h3>\n

Click on the relevant valutaion under VALUATIONS and click on \u201c+ Add<\/strong>\u201d on the right. Enter an observer, the date and a comment if required. Under \u201cResults<\/strong>\u201d, enter the corresponding values for the criteria based on your own defined scale and mark the checkbox of the athlete you want to rate below. Check the \u201cShare with Athlete<\/strong>\u201d checkbox at the bottom if you want to share the rating with the athlete. Then click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n

View and compare an athlete’s evaluation<\/h3>\n

In the \u201cAthletes<\/strong>\u201d section at the bottom of a valuation, you will see all athletes for whom ratings have already been given. The list shows the average values of the individual criteria, the total sum of all ratings and the overall average across all criteria. Here you can also edit the results (\u201cpencil icon<\/strong>\u201d) or delete them (\u201ctrash can icon<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n

By clicking on the \u201ceye symbol<\/strong>\u201d you can set whether this valuation should be visible to the athlete on his platform or not (crossed out = NOT visible).<\/p>\n\n\n

Click on an athlete’s name to view detailed information about their valuations. All ratings that have already been entered for this athlete are displayed below. A \u201cspeech bubble symbol<\/strong>\u201d indicates that there are comments either on the entire series of ratings or on individual criteria.<\/p>\n

In the upper area you can see the average values displayed in a spider chart. You can also compare two athletes with each other. To do this, select another athlete under \u201cCompare with<\/strong>\u201d and then click on \u201cLoad<\/strong>\u201d. The two graphs are then displayed overlaid.<\/p>\n\n

Instead of the average values, you can also display individual valuation series. To do this, simply select the corresponding valuation date.<\/p>\n

If you have selected individual valuations, you can not only compare two different athletes with each other, but also graphically compare two valuations of the same athlete. To do this, select the same athlete again under \u201cCompare with<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n
