Under \u201c<strong>Exclude Types<\/strong>\u201d, you can exclude certain types from the analyses. An \u201c<strong>Athlete Level<\/strong>\u201d must be selected only for the \u201c<strong>ACWR<\/strong>\u201d evaluation. Risk zones are defined differently depending on the level.<\/p>\n<h4>Alerts<\/h4>\n<p>This section displays warnings at a glance when an athlete&#8217;s values fall outside the normal range. Click \u201c<strong>Critical<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>Warning\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to view the affected athletes. Click \u201c<strong>Details<\/strong>\u201d to view individual athletes and their exact values.<\/p>\n<h4>Load (ATL\/CTL\/ACWR)<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<p>Under \u201c<strong>Foster Load<\/strong>\u201d, you\u2019ll find an overview of your athletes\u2019 reported Foster Load. The graph displays the total Foster Load for each day. If you hover your mouse over a bar in the graph, the day and the exact Foster Load will be displayed.<\/p>\n<p>Under \u201c<strong>ATL \/ CTL \/ TSB<\/strong>\u201d, you\u2019ll see the three parameters: ATL (Acute Training Load), CTL (Chronic Training Load), and TSB (Training Stress Balance). These parameters help you monitor and adjust training load, recovery, and fitness level. At the very bottom, you can view explanations for all these values.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, your athletes\u2019 daily values are displayed under \u201c<strong>Health Metrics<\/strong>\u201d. The graph shows how reported motivation, mood, and sleep quality have changed over your defined time period. Reported injuries, pain, and illnesses are also visible under \u201c<strong>Pain, Sickness, and Injury<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Using the \u201c<strong>Effective values<\/strong>\u201d slider, you can choose to display the effective measured values instead of the z-standardized values.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\">All graphics can be downloaded as PNG or SVG files by clicking the three dots in the upper-right corner of each graphic.<\/p>\n\n\n<h4 id=\"total-activities\">Activities<\/h4>\n<p>Here you can see how often each type was covered (number of training hours).<\/p>\n<p>You have the option to group multiple types into a cluster. To do this, click \u201c<strong>Clusters<\/strong>\u201d in the left-hand menu and then click \u201c<strong>Add Cluster<\/strong>\u201d. Enter a name, select a color, and select all the types you want to include in this cluster. Using the \u201c<strong>Without * methods<\/strong>\u201d slider, you can hide trainings that do not include a selected methode. This ensures that the chart displays only the methodes that were actually used.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\">All graphics can be downloaded as PNG or SVG files by clicking the three dots in the upper-right corner of each graphic.<\/p>\n\n\n<h4 id=\"compair\">Compare<\/h4>\n<p>Select up to four athletes you want to compare. Alternatively, you can select the same athlete multiple times to compare their metrics across different time periods.<\/p>\n<p>At a glance, you can see the total number of activities and the total training time for the athletes during the selected time periods. You\u2019ll also see a detailed breakdown by type. For the selected property, the system displays how often it was used in activities. You also have access to a weekly overview and a breakdown by type.<\/p>\n<p>In the \u201c<strong>Numeric Values<\/strong>\u201d tab, you can analyze numeric properties based on a selected filter.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re working with exercises that use predefined properties, you\u2019ll find the corresponding analyses in the \u201c<strong>Exercise Analysis<\/strong>\u201d tab. Select the desired property at the top to view the total count per exercise. In the various analyses, the results are then displayed at the cluster level. Click \u201c<strong>Add Cluster<\/strong>\u201d to create a new cluster. Enter a name, select a color, and select all the exercises you want to assign to this cluster.<\/p>\n<h4>Planning<\/h4>\n<p>Here you can view the selected athlete&#8217;s calendar in weekly or monthly view.
