So if you want to plan trainings, you have to <a href=\"https:\/\/help.force8.coach\/en\/knowledge-base\/2-activities\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/help.force8.coach\/en\/knowledge-base\/2-activities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">create activities<\/a>. Select the appropriate group(s) or athletes. It is possible to schedule single or multiple athletes or groups.<\/p>\n<p>To the left of the calendar you will see your created activities and sessions. Those that you have saved as &#8220;<strong>My Activities\/Sessions<\/strong>&#8221; or &#8220;<strong>My Favorites<\/strong>&#8220;. Click on an activity or session to see its properties. Use the filters to quickly find the desired activity or session.<\/p>\n<p>Drag the desired activity or session to the desired date in the calendar. In the window that appears, you can change the name, type, location, date, time and duration if necessary and then click on &#8220;<strong>Save<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\"><strong>Tip 1:<\/strong> You can drag and drop a scheduled activity or session to another date.<br><strong>Tip 2:<\/strong> If an activity only includes one type or method, make sure that these are stored as default in the activity template. This will save you time as you won&#8217;t have to select them again each time when planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">If an <strong>*<\/strong> is displayed in front of the activity in the calendar, this indicates that the athlete has changed something about this activity themselves (date, time or duration)<\/p>\n\n\n<h4>Location Check<\/h4>\n<p>Once you have entered a location, the \u201c<strong>Availability<\/strong>\u201d field appears below it. If you click on it, the system checks whether this location is available on the date and time at which you want to plan the training. In addition to numerous filter functions, you will also find the option to reproduce individual training sessions or copy several training sessions together. You can find more information on the list view functions in the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.force8.coach\/en\/knowledge-base\/listenansicht\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">list view article<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">The copy function in the list view is ideal for copying entire weekly or monthly plans for your athletes.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3>Delete a training<\/h3>\n<p>Click on the activity or session in the calendar and drag it out of the calendar. In the window that appears, confirm by clicking &#8220;<strong>OK<\/strong>&#8220;. Or click on the activity or session in the calendar and click on &#8220;<strong>Remove<\/strong>&#8221; in the upper right corner. In the window that appears, confirm by clicking on &#8220;<strong>Delete<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h3>Edit\/modify a training<\/h3>\n<p>In the calendar, click on the activity or session you want to modify. In the &#8220;<strong>Details<\/strong>&#8221; tab you can change the name, description, location, FTEM level, date and time.<\/p>\n<h4>Add more athletes\/coaches to the training<\/h4>\n<p>Click on the &#8220;<strong>Athletes<\/strong>&#8221; tab and select either Athletes or Coaches from the dropdown menu. Click on &#8220;<strong>Add New<\/strong>&#8220;. Check the corresponding checkboxes and confirm with &#8220;<strong>Add<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>To remove athletes or coaches from a training, check the checkboxes of the persons on the left and click on the &#8220;t<strong>rash can icon<\/strong>&#8221; at the bottom. Confirm by clicking on &#8220;<strong>Remove<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h4>Edit event status of athletes<\/h4>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">With the Event Status you have the possibility to change the status of persons<br>event specific. Coaches and athletes can sign out for whole sessions or single activities.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Click on the &#8220;<strong>Athletes<\/strong>&#8221; tab and select &#8220;<strong>Athletes<\/strong>&#8221; again in the drop-down menu. Select the checkbox(es) of the person(s) on the left and click on the &#8220;<strong>Calendar icon<\/strong>&#8221; at the bottom. Select the appropriate event status from the dropdown menu and click &#8220;<strong>Save<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h4>Add exercises\/breaks\/notes to a scheduled activity<\/h4>\n<p>If you are in a session, you must first click on the &#8220;<strong>Activities<\/strong>&#8221; tab and then on the corresponding &#8220;<strong>Activity<\/strong>&#8221; to which you want to add an exercise. Then click on the tab &#8220;<strong>Exercises<\/strong>&#8221; and on &#8220;<strong>+ New Exercise<\/strong>&#8220;. The mask with your exercises will open (you can search for terms in the search field or filter by elements above or use exercise filters). On the left, check the boxes of the exercises you want to add and click &#8220;<strong>Add<\/strong>&#8221; at the bottom.<\/p>\n<p>To customize the properties of an exercise, click on the \u201c<strong>gear icon<\/strong>\u201d to the right of the desired exercise.<br \/>In the window that opens, you will see the four predefined properties: sets, repetitions, weight, and time. Move the sliders for the properties you want to use to the side and enter the corresponding values.<\/p>\n<p>If you select sets and at least one other property, the \u201c<strong>Customize Sets<\/strong>\u201d option will appear. If you activate this option, you can set the properties individually for each set.<\/p>\n<p>Further down, in the \u201c<strong>Extra properties<\/strong>\u201d section, you can also activate your own custom properties using the respective slider. To add a break, enter a duration in the window that appears and confirm by clicking \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d. For a note, you can choose any title. A duration is not required. Simply enter the information in the comment field. With a note, you can, for example, record instructions for performing individual exercises (e.g., pyramid training, circuit stations, etc.). Confirm each entry by clicking \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>To remove an exercise\/break\/note from a scheduled activity, check the corresponding checkboxes to the left of the exercises\/breaks\/notes and click on the &#8220;<strong>trash can icon<\/strong>&#8221; at the bottom, or click on the &#8220;<strong>trash can icon<\/strong>&#8221; at the right of &#8220;<strong>Actions<\/strong>&#8221; when removing individual exercises\/breaks\/notes.<\/p>\n<p>To change the order of exercises, breaks and notes click on the &#8220;<strong>Arrow icon<\/strong>&#8221; in the &#8220;<strong>Order<\/strong>&#8221; column and move the exercise\/break\/note to the desired place.<\/p>\n<h4>Adjusting the properties of an activity\/session<\/h4>\n<p>Click on the &#8220;<strong>Properties<\/strong>&#8221; tab and adjust the activity or session properties. Here you can also set whether you want to have feedback from your athletes about the activity or session. (More about this in <a href=\"https:\/\/help.force8.coach\/en\/knowledge-base\/6-athletes-feedback\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article 6) Athlete Feedback<\/a>). You can also specify the intended intensity. Then click on &#8220;<strong>Save<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h4>Write a note to the coaching staff\/athletes<\/h4>\n<p>Click on the tab &#8220;<strong>Coach notes<\/strong>&#8221; or &#8220;<strong>Athlete notes<\/strong>&#8221; and write the corresponding note. Then click on &#8220;<strong>Save<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\"><strong>Tip:<\/strong> You can save an activity\/session that you have changed in the schedule as a template.
