Under COMMUNICATION – TALKS, you can create a conversation, questionnaire, etc., assign it to your athletes, and view the responses.<\/p>\n

Create category<\/h3>\n

Before you create a new talk, you can click on \u201cCategories<\/strong>\u201d in the top right corner and create a new category. You can later assign your talks to different categories to sort them.<\/p>\n

Create talk<\/h3>\n

Click on \u201c+ New<\/strong>\u201d in the top right corner and enter a name and date for the talk in the \u201cSettings<\/strong>\u201d tab. If desired, select a category and write a note.<\/p>\n

Select the \u201cIs Public<\/strong>\u201d option to make this talk available to all other coaches who have assigned an athlete from this talk.<\/p>\n

Select the \u201cUse \u2018Coach Reply\u2019 and \u2018Solution\/Objective\u2019<\/strong>\u201d option to display these two fields as well. If you do not select this option, only the \u201cAthlete’s Response<\/strong>\u201d field will appear for each question.<\/p>\n

Select the \u201cSave as Template<\/strong>\u201d option to save this talk under \u201cTemplates<\/strong>\u201d. This allows you to create a new talk from this template later.<\/p>\n

Switch to the \u201cQuestions<\/strong>\u201d tab and write the first question in the field. Click on \u201c+ Add<\/strong>\u201d to add more questions. Alternatively, you can also add questions from a template.<\/p>\n\n

Switch to the \u201cAssign to<\/strong>\u201d tab. You can assign this talk to a specific team, group, entire age group, or specifically selected athletes.<\/p>\n

Then click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n

This talk is now visible to the assigned athletes on their platform, and they can answer the questions. (Status = Ongoing)<\/p>\n\n\n

Edit talk<\/h3>\n

To edit a talk, click on the “pencil icon<\/strong>” on the far right of the “Actions<\/strong>” column.<\/p>\n

Create talk from template<\/h3>\n

If you have created templates and would like to use them to create a new talk, select the \u201cTemplates<\/strong>\u201d tab and then click on the \u201cplay icon<\/strong>\u201d to the right of the desired template under \u201cActions<\/strong>\u201d. Customize this talk to suit your needs and click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d when you are finished.<\/p>\n

Delete talk<\/h3>\n

To delete a talk, click on the \u201ctrash can icon<\/strong>\u201d on the far right of the \u201cActions<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0column and confirm by clicking on \u201cDelete<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

View responses and react<\/h3>\n

In the \u201cTalks<\/strong>\u201d tab, you can see all your talks listed. The \u201cAnswered<\/strong>\u201d column shows you how many athletes have already answered the questions.<\/p>\n\n

If you click on a talk, you will see your questions listed below. If you click on one of the questions, you will see your athletes’ answers.<\/p>\n

You now have the option to respond to your athletes’ answers in the \u201cCoach Reply<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cSolution\/Objective<\/strong>\u201d fields. Your responses will also be displayed to the athlete.<\/p>\n\n

Change talk status<\/h3>\n

In the \u201cStatus<\/strong>\u201d column, you can see the current status of this talk. If you click on a talk and then on the \u201cpencil icon<\/strong>\u201d next to \u201cStatus<\/strong>\u201d at the top, you can change the status between “Ongoing<\/strong>” and \u201cClosed<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

  • Ongoing:<\/strong> Athletes can view and answer the questions from the talk on their platform<\/li>\n
