Important:<\/strong> You can plan competitions for individual athletes or for several athletes together. To plan for several athletes and coaches at the same time, you must first create a team. You can also create several teams.<\/p>\n\n\n

Enter team<\/h3>\n

Under COMPETITIONS – TEAMS, click on the \u201cPlease add a new team<\/strong>\u201d button at the top or, if you have already created teams, click on the \u201c\u00b7\u00b7\u00b7<\/strong>\u201d button and then on \u201cAdd New<\/strong>\u201d. Enter the name for the team and select the appropriate age group if necessary. Then click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n

Age groups will only be displayed if your administrator has added you to one or more age groups.<\/p>\n\n\n

Add athletes\/coaches to the team<\/h3>\n

Select the desired \u201cTeam<\/strong>\u201d and the “Athletes<\/strong>” tab. Click on \u201cAdd Athlete<\/strong>\u201d in the top right-hand corner. In the window that appears, check the boxes to the left of the names of the athletes you want to add. Then click on \u201cAdd<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

To add coaches to the team, follow the same procedure. Simply switch to the \u201cCoaches<\/strong>\u201d tab and click on \u201cAdd coach<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Assign positions and numbers<\/h3>\n

Click on the \u201c+ symbol<\/strong>\u201d in the “Position<\/strong>” column next to the athlete’s name and select the desired position from the drop-down menu in the window that appears, then click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

To edit an athlete’s position in a team, click on the athlete’s \u201cPosition<\/strong>\u201d, select a new one, and click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d. To remove the position, click on the athlete’s \u201cPosition<\/strong>\u201d and then on \u201cRemove<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

To assign a number to the athlete, click on the \u201c–<\/strong>\u201d symbol in the \u201c#<\/strong>\u201d column next to the athlete’s name. Enter the desired number in the window that appears and click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

To edit an athlete’s number in a team, click on the \u201cNumber<\/strong>\u201d in the \u201c#<\/strong>\u201d column next to the athlete’s name and enter the desired number. Click on \u201cSave<\/strong>\u201d. To remove the number, click on the \u201cNumber<\/strong>\u201d and then on \u201cRemove<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Remove athletes\/coaches from a team<\/h3>\n

To delete athletes or coaches from a team, select the checkboxes to the left of the names of the athletes\/coaches you want to remove and click on the \u201ctrash can icon<\/strong>\u201d at the bottom.<\/p>\n

Edit\/delete team<\/h3>\n

Select the desired team and click on the button with the three dots \u201c\u00b7\u00b7\u00b7<\/strong>\u201d. Select “Edit<\/strong>” to change the name of the team or \u201cDelete<\/strong>\u201d to remove the team.<\/p>\n\n\n
