In the overview, you will see all the athletes assigned to you. Using the \u201c<strong>Activities<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>Sessions<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Competitions<\/strong>\u201d buttons at the top, you can also choose to display only certain events.<\/p>\n<p>You can also view the calendar as a weekly or daily overview.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"status\">Status<\/h3>\n<p>Here you can enter the athlete&#8217;s global status &#8211; e.g., whether they are healthy, injured, sick, on vacation, etc. Users who have access to this data will thus remain up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">The default setting for global status is \u201c<strong>Healthy<\/strong>\u201d. This means that when a coach schedules this athlete for a training, the event status for this training is automatically set to \u201c<strong>Available<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Scroll down and click on the \u201c<strong>+Add New Status<\/strong>\u201d field under \u201c<strong>All Status<\/strong>\u201d on the right to enter a new status. Select the appropriate status from the drop-down menu under \u201c<strong>Status<\/strong>\u201d, enter the dates from when to when, and add a note if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>There is also an option to \u201c<strong>Automatically Excuse from Events<\/strong>\u201d. If you activate this option, the selected status will affect future or already planned trainings. If the coach plans a training within the period you specified and the global status is not set to \u201c<strong>Healthy<\/strong>\u201d, the event status for this training will automatically be set to \u201c<strong>Excused<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, click on \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to edit or delete a status, click on the \u201c<strong>pencil icon<\/strong>\u201d on the right-hand side of the line for the corresponding status to make adjustments, or on the \u201c<strong>trash can icon<\/strong>\u201d to delete the status.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"persoenliche-angaben\">Personal Details<\/h3>\n<p>Here you can enter or edit this athlete&#8217;s personal details, contact information, and sports-specific details. You can also upload a profile picture here. Click on the \u201c<strong>pencil icon<\/strong>\u201d in the top right-hand corner of the photo placeholder, select a photo, and click on \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>If necessary, you can also enter or edit bank details, social security number, insurance details, and doctor&#8217;s contact information.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"detailinformationen-verbandsdetails\">Club Details \/ Federation Details<\/h3>\n<p>If your club or federation works with the \u201c<strong>Fields Configurator<\/strong>\u201d module, you can fill in the fields created specifically for your club under these tabs or view information provided by the coach.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"groesse-gewicht-puls\">Height\/Weight\/Heart Rate<\/h3>\n<p>Here you can enter the height and weight. Simply click on \u201c<strong>+ New<\/strong>\u201d. You can also enter or edit the maximum heart rate. When you enter a maximum heart rate, the heart rate zones are calculated automatically. However, you can also adjust these values yourself.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"weitere-kontakte\">Other Contacts<\/h3>\n<p>Here you can enter or edit the parents&#8217; contact details.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"integrationen\">Integrations<\/h3>\n<p>You can find out how athletes can connect with an external provider to add heart rate data to a workout in the article <a href=\"https:\/\/help.force8.coach\/en\/knowledge-base\/athletenprofil\/#integrations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Athlete Profile (Integrations)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"datenschutz\">Privacy<\/h3>\n<p>Here you can see which users have access to this athlete&#8217;s data.
