{"id":7521,"date":"2026-07-07T09:32:43","date_gmt":"2026-07-07T09:32:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.force8.coach\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=7521"},"modified":"2026-07-09T10:00:10","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T10:00:10","slug":"exercise-history","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.force8.coach\/en\/knowledge-base\/exercise-history\/","title":{"rendered":"Exercise History"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If your coach has scheduled trainings for you that include the same exercise, or if you\u2019ve created trainings yourself that include the same exercise and have recorded details such as sets, reps, weight, or time, you can view a graph showing how these values have changed over the last ten trainings.<\/p>\n<p>Either open the exercise list on an activity\u2019s overview page or go directly to the \u201c<strong>Exercises<\/strong>\u201d tab. Click the \u201c<strong>chart icon<\/strong>\u201d next to the desired exercise.<\/p>\n<p>At the top, you\u2019ll see a graph showing the statistics for the last ten trainings of this exercise. Below that, you\u2019ll find all ten sessions with their details. Additionally, the changes between the individual sessions are clearly displayed.<\/p>\n<h4>Transfer values to newly scheduled training<\/h4>\n<p>If you\u2019re planning your own trainings and have added an exercise, you can click \u201c<strong>Edit Exercises<\/strong>\u201d and then the \u201c<strong>gear icon<\/strong>\u201d. Under \u201c<strong>Exercise History<\/strong>\u201d, you can import the values from a previous session (sets, reps, weight, and time) into your newly planned training. To do this, click \u201c<strong>Copy<\/strong>\u201d next to the desired session.
