Ensuite, nous t&rsquo;expliquerons en d\u00e9tail les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans la planification de l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, un <strong>entra\u00eenement<\/strong> est toujours planifi\u00e9 soit comme une <strong>activit\u00e9<\/strong> unique, soit comme une <strong>session<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Une <strong>activit\u00e9<\/strong> se compose normalement de <strong>diff\u00e9rents<\/strong> <strong>exercices<\/strong>. Tu peux ensuite utiliser cette \u00ab\u00a0activit\u00e9 de warm-up\u00a0\u00bb pour planifier ton entra\u00eenement.<br>3) Tu peux aussi cr\u00e9er une session unique dont cette \u00ab\u00a0activit\u00e9 de warm-up\u00a0\u00bb n&rsquo;est que la premi\u00e8re partie. Tu peux cr\u00e9er d&rsquo;autres activit\u00e9s comme par exemple une \u00ab\u00a0unit\u00e9 de force\u00a0\u00bb ou une \u00ab\u00a0partie cool down\u00a0\u00bb et les ajouter \u00e0 cette session.<br>Tu as maintenant une session qui se compose de 1. warm-up 2. force et 3. cool-down.<br>4) A l&rsquo;avenir, tu planifieras tes entra\u00eenements tr\u00e8s facilement et rapidement avec cette session standard cr\u00e9\u00e9e.
