Les blessures, douleurs et maladies signal\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement visibles. En passant la souris sur une barre du graphique, tu peux voir le jour et le Foster Load exact.<\/p>\n<p>Plus bas, les graphiques \u00ab<strong>Health Metrics<\/strong>\u00bb et \u00ab<strong>Pain, Sickness and Injury<\/strong>\u00bb montrent l\u2019\u00e9volution de ces valeurs quotidiennes. Ces param\u00e8tres permettent de surveiller et d\u2019ajuster la charge d\u2019entra\u00eenement, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et l\u2019\u00e9tat de forme.
