Pending users

When you create a new user under SETTINGS – USERS, the system automatically checks whether this user is already registered with another club or federation. If this is the case, you will receive a notification that the user has been added to your club but can be found in the “Users” tab under “Pending users”.

You cannot yet assign a sport to a pending user, assign a coach or schedule them.

Check the box for this user and click on the “email symbol” at the bottom. The user will then receive an activation email in which they must confirm that they wish to join your club.

As soon as the user has given their confirmation, they will be displayed in the “Users” tab under “Active users”. From this point on, you can schedule them like all other users.
