Important: You can plan competitions for individual athletes or for several athletes together. To plan for several athletes and coaches at the same time, you must first create a team. You can also create several teams.
Enter team
Under COMPETITIONS – TEAMS, click on the “Please add a new team” button at the top or, if you have already created teams, click on the “···” button and then on “Add New”. Enter the name for the team and select the appropriate age group if necessary. Then click on “Save”.
Age groups will only be displayed if your administrator has added you to one or more age groups.
Add athletes/coaches to the team
Select the desired “Team” and the “Athletes” tab. Click on “Add Athlete” in the top right-hand corner. In the window that appears, check the boxes to the left of the names of the athletes you want to add. Then click on “Add”.
To add coaches to the team, follow the same procedure. Simply switch to the “Coaches” tab and click on “Add coach”.
Assign positions and numbers
Click on the “+ symbol” in the “Position” column next to the athlete’s name and select the desired position from the drop-down menu in the window that appears, then click on “Save”.
To edit an athlete’s position in a team, click on the athlete’s “Position”, select a new one, and click on “Save”. To remove the position, click on the athlete’s “Position” and then on “Remove”.
To assign a number to the athlete, click on the “–” symbol in the “#” column next to the athlete’s name. Enter the desired number in the window that appears and click on “Save”.
To edit an athlete’s number in a team, click on the “Number” in the “#” column next to the athlete’s name and enter the desired number. Click on “Save”. To remove the number, click on the “Number” and then on “Remove”.
Remove athletes/coaches from a team
To delete athletes or coaches from a team, select the checkboxes to the left of the names of the athletes/coaches you want to remove and click on the “trash can icon” at the bottom.
Edit/delete team
Select the desired team and click on the button with the three dots “···”. Select “Edit” to change the name of the team or “Delete” to remove the team.
