Under SETTINGS – ADMINISTRATION, go to the “Users” tab and select “Active Users” from the drop-down menu. Select the checkboxes to the left of the desired users and click on the “trash can icon” below the names. This deactivates the user without losing any information. Inactive users can be reactivated at any time in the “Inactive Users” tab.
A user listed under “Inactive Users” can also be selected and permanently deleted. This removes the user completely from the club.
Important: Even if a user is completely deleted from the club, the e-mail address remains linked to this deleted user. It is not released and therefore cannot be used by another user.
