Using the fields configurator, you can create individual fields in the athlete or coach profile that are specifically adapted to the needs of your club. These fields allow athletes and coaches to enter the relevant information you require.
All settings of the fields configurator are made in the “Fields Configurator” tab under SETTINGS – ADMINISTRATION.
All relevant information is clearly displayed in the athlete or coach profile in the “Club Details” tab. To ensure a clear structure, we differentiate between titles and fields when creating.
Create title
Click on the “+ Title” button to enter a title name in the window that appears. Then select whether this title should be displayed exclusively for the athletes, the coaches or for both. You also have the option of selecting a specific FTEM level and a specific sport. The title will then only be displayed for athletes/coaches who are assigned to this FTEM level and this sport.
Activate the checkbox next to “Published” to make this title visible to athletes/coaches. You also have the option of publishing the title later.

Create field
Click on the “+ Field” button and enter a name for the field in the window that appears, as well as a description if desired. You can choose between the following types:
- Text: The answer must be written in text form.
- Text Area: Provides sufficient space for a comprehensive text response.
- Number: The answer must be numerical.
- Checkbox: A selection option appears which the athlete/coach can either check or not check.
- Date: The answer must have a date format.
- Time: The answer must be a time.
- Selection: You can specify different answer options from which the athlete/coach can select one.
- Multi Selection: You can specify different answer options from which the athlete/coach can select several.
Then select whether this field should only be displayed for the athletes, the coaches or for both. You must also specify whether the field can be edited by the athlete/coach or not. If you do not select this option, you must fill in this field. You also have the option of selecting a specific FTEM level and a specific sport. The field will then only be shown to athletes/coaches who are assigned to this FTEM level and sport.
You can choose from the following additional options:
- Published: Activate this checkbox to make this field visible for athletes/coaches. You also have the option to publish the field later.
- Track Changes: Check this box to record and be able to review all changes in this field. It will show what has been changed and who made the change.
- External Use: Select this checkbox to indicate to the athlete/coach that this field can be used for external purposes such as on a homepage.
- Required: Activate the checkbox to mark this field as mandatory. The athlete/coach must fill in this field to save all their entries.
Edit/delete title/field
To edit a title/field, click on the “pencil icon” to the right of the corresponding title/field under “Actions”, make the desired adjustments and click on “Save”. To delete a title/field, click on the “trash can icon” and confirm with “Delete” in the window that appears.
View entries
To view the entries of your athletes, go to ATHLETES in the menu, click on the name of the desired athlete and then on the CLUB DETAILS tab.
To view the entries of your coaches, go to SETTINGS – COACHES in the menu, click on the name of the desired coach and then on the CLUB DETAILS tab.

Track changes
If you have selected the “Track Changes” option for a field, you can click on the “clock symbol” next to this field to display the history. Here you can see the changes to the entries as well as who made these entries and when they were made.
