If you are already working with Force8 Coach and a new module is added to your club, please note the following points so that all users in your club can work with the new module.
You will be informed by us as soon as we have activated the new module for your club. Your task as Club Admin is now to set the permissions of the roles so that the users of your club also have access to the module, if desired.
Predefined roles
For all standard roles predefined by Force8 Coach (Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Supporting Coach and Athlete), the new module is automatically activated according to the respective role description. All users in your club who have been assigned one of these predefined roles will have access to the new module and can view it in their platform view.
Own roles
If you have defined your own roles and assigned them to users, you must manually adjust the permissions of these roles after the new module has been activated.
Under SETTINGS – ADMINISTRATION – ACCESS – PERMISSIONS, select the appropriate role on the left and activate the corresponding permissions on the right.
