Create your own workloads under SEASON – WORKLOADS, in which you specify how many hours you want to dedicate to a specific type each month. Then assign the workload to your athletes and compare them with the training units actually completed.
Create workloads
Click on ‘+ New’ in the top right-hand corner and give the workload a name.
Optionally, you can assign a sport, an FTEM level, a specific gender and a description to this workload.
If you tick the ‘Club Workload’ box, the workload will be made available to all other coaches in your club.
Then switch to the ‘Months’ tab and click on ‘+ Add’. Month 1‘ will appear, which you can fill with content using the ’Edit button‘ on the right. Select a type and enter how many hours you plan to spend on this type this month. Optionally, you can also enter the planned number of activities for the selected type. Click on ‘+ Add’ to enter another type for this month or on ‘Save’ when you have completed the planning for this month.

If your workload covers several months, you can enter additional months via ‘+ Add’ and fill them with content.
In the ‘Overview’ tab, you have the option of comparing the workload you have created with other workloads.
To do this, click on ‘Compare’, select the start month for the comparison and then select another workload. Confirm with ‘Save’.
Under ‘Content Analyses’ you will get an overview of all months of the workload.

Club and federation workloads
If you return to the start page under SEASON – WORKLOADS and click on ‘Workloads’ in the top right-hand corner, you will see an overview of all workloads you have created. In the ‘Club’ tab, you will also see all the workloads provided by other coaches in your club. In the ‘Federation’ tab, you will find workloads that may have been created by your federation.
You can either adopt club or federation workloads directly or copy them into your own workloads to adapt them if necessary.
Overview
Click on the ‘purple button’ on the left and select the workloads you want to display in the overview. Confirm your selection by clicking on ‘Save’.
You can then show or hide individual workloads by simply clicking on the respective name.

Click on ‘Compare’ if you want to compare your selected workloads with other workloads. Select the start month for the comparison and then select another workload. Confirm your selection with ‘Save’.
Under ‘Content Analyses’ you will get an overview of all selected workloads.
Assign workloads
Below the overview, you will find the ‘Assign Management’ section. Here you can assign your created workloads as well as club and federation workloads to individual athletes, groups, age groups or sports. Select the relevant tab and mark the desired athlete, group, etc. in the list. Click on ‘+ Assign’ and select the workload(s) to be assigned and click on ‘Next’. Set the start month and confirm with ‘Save’.
Workload/Performance Evaluation
Click on the name of an athlete, a group, etc. to compare the workload with the actual planning (performance).
A bar chart is displayed in the overview for each month, which compares the workload with the performance. You can show or hide individual workloads by clicking on the respective name.
The time difference between the workload and the performance is also displayed directly in graphical form.
This allows you to recognise at a glance the types for which the selected athlete has trained above the target (positive values) and those for which they are behind your training plan (negative values).

If you click on ‘Compare’, you can compare the workloads and the performance with other athletes, groups, age groups, sports or other workloads.
Under ‘Content Analyses’ you will see a summary of all selected workloads an the performance.
In the ‘Workloads’ tab, you can see all currently assigned workloads for the respective athlete, group, etc. You can also remove assignments there by simply clicking on the ‘trash can symbol‘.
Workload/Performance in training planning
You can also find the workloads and performance in the menu under TRAINING – PLANNING. There you can select an athlete or a group at the top and use the ‘Load button’ to display the assigned workloads. At the same time, the corresponding performance is displayed in direct comparison.
Customise the training plan for the athlete or group at the bottom of the calendar. By then refreshing the view (click on the ‘load button’ again), the changes are applied and the new values are displayed.
