System user roles

Each user in your club is assigned a role that defines exactly which content and functions they have access to and which they do not.
The system provides you with four different coach roles and an athlete role that you can assign to your users.
Below we briefly explain what the individual system roles involve.

We recommend that you work with your own rollers. This allows you to customize each role to your individual needs. We explain how you can create your own roles in the article First steps (Admin).

Club Admin

This role grants full access to all coaches modules, including club administration. You can create, display and delete content yourself. The content of other users can also be edited. The club admin can also access all athlete data.

Head Coach

This role grants full access to all coaches modules of the club. You can create, display and delete content yourself. The content of other users can also be edited. However, access to the club administration is not possible. The head coach can only access the data of the athletes assigned to them.

Assistant Coach

This role has rights to view and create content. However, it is not possible to edit or delete other users’ content.
You can find an overview of all authorizations assigned to this role here.

Supporting Coach

This role only has read rights. It is not possible to add, edit or delete content. You can find an overview of all authorizations assigned to this role here.

Athlete

A predefined role is available for athletes. It contains all authorizations for all modules used.
