Under COMMUNICATION – TALKS, you can create a conversation, questionnaire, etc., assign it to your athletes, and view the responses.
Create category
Before you create a new talk, you can click on “Categories” in the top right corner and create a new category. You can later assign your talks to different categories to sort them.
Create talk
Click on “+ New” in the top right corner and enter a name and date for the talk in the “Settings” tab. If desired, select a category and write a note.
Select the “Is Public” option to make this talk available to all other coaches who have assigned an athlete from this talk.
Select the “Use ‘Coach Reply’ and ‘Solution/Objective’” option to display these two fields as well. If you do not select this option, only the “Athlete’s Response” field will appear for each question.
Select the “Save as Template” option to save this talk under “Templates”. This allows you to create a new talk from this template later.
Switch to the “Questions” tab and write the first question in the field. Click on “+ Add” to add more questions. Alternatively, you can also add questions from a template.

Switch to the “Assign to” tab. You can assign this talk to a specific team, group, entire age group, or specifically selected athletes.
Then click on “Save”.
Edit talk
To edit a talk, click on the “pencil icon” on the far right of the “Actions” column.
Create talk from template
If you have created templates and would like to use them to create a new talk, select the “Templates” tab and then click on the “play icon” to the right of the desired template under “Actions”. Customize this talk to suit your needs and click on “Save” when you are finished.
Delete talk
To delete a talk, click on the “trash can icon” on the far right of the “Actions” column and confirm by clicking on “Delete”.
View responses and react
In the “Talks” tab, you can see all your talks listed. The “Answered” column shows you how many athletes have already answered the questions.

If you click on a talk, you will see your questions listed below. If you click on one of the questions, you will see your athletes’ answers.
You now have the option to respond to your athletes’ answers in the “Coach Reply” and “Solution/Objective” fields. Your responses will also be displayed to the athlete.

Change talk status
In the “Status” column, you can see the current status of this talk. If you click on a talk and then on the “pencil icon” next to “Status” at the top, you can change the status between “Ongoing” and “Closed”.
- Ongoing: Athletes can view and answer the questions from the talk on their platform
- Closed: Athletes can see the questions and any answers you have provided, but cannot change anything.
