With the medical dossier, your coach or the medical staff at your club can document your medical information quickly and easily.
Dashboard
Under HEALTH CENTER – MEDICAL DOSSIER – DASHBOARD you have an overview of all entries. You can also see key figures for your daily values and your status changes.
Click on the date of a medical entry to access the details. Here you can view general updates or messages to the coaches, among other things. All messages relating to this medical entry will remain as a log in the overview.
If a “bracket” is displayed next to the name of an entry, this means that a file has been uploaded for this entry. Click on the entry and switch to the “Attachments” tab to view or download the file.
For concussions, you can also view the “SCAT5” log entries and the current status (“active” or “closed”). To view the completed symptom questionnaire, click on the “SCAT5” tab and then on the date of an entry.
Authorizations
Under AUTHORIZATIONS you can see who has access to your medical dossier. The club admin can specify that all coaches must first request access permission from the athlete.
If such a request has been made, you can decide here for each individual coach whether to authorize or deny the request.
