Menstruation Cycle (Female Athlete)

This module is only displayed to female athletes.

The menstrual cycle module tracks your cycle and allows you to record whether and how your period has affected your training.

Under HEALTH – MENSTRUAL CYCLE, click on “+ New” on the right. In the window that appears, enter the dates of your last period. You can also indicate whether your period affected your training. If necessary, you also have the option of adding a comment.

You will then be shown the average duration of your period, the average cycle over 3 and 6 months, and the expected date of your next period. All of this information is also visible to your coach.
