With the menstrual cycle module, your cycle is tracked and you can enter information on whether your period has affected your training.
Click on “+ New” on the right under HEALTH – MENSTRUATION CYCLE. Enter the time span of your last period in the window that appears. You can also indicate whether the period had an effect on your training. If required, you can also enter a comment.
You will then be shown the average duration of your period and cycle. All this information is also visible to your coach.
