If your club has activated the “Training module”, two dashboards are available to you under ANALYSES – ADVANCED. You can use these to analyse and visualize your training data.
Activities Monitoring Dashboard
First select the period you want to analyze under “Settings” on the left.
Total Activities
Here you can see how often each type has been carried out (number of training hours). You can hide certain types in the two charts on the left and right. Simply click on the respective type in the list to hide it.

Below, under “Combination of types and methods”, you will find an overview of all the types carried out in combination with the respective methods. All possible combinations of types and methods are displayed.
Under “Only Methods” you can view all the methods that have been carried out. An “*” means that no specific method has been selected for these trainings. You can use the “Without * methods” slider to hide these trainings so that only the methods actually used are shown in the graph.

Overview
In addition to the club’s planning, the activities of other organizations (e.g. a second club or an federation) are also displayed here.
Week/Months
Here you can view the hours practiced per week or month in a bar chart by type. Click on a type in the legend on the right to display only this specific type.

Further down under “Chart per day”, you can also view the types performed for each individual day.
In the “Chart per method” section, you can see all methods broken down by week or month. You can use the “Without * methods” slider to hide the hours without a selected method so that only the methods actually used are shown in the chart.
Compair
Here, you can compare your performance across different time periods. Customize the three time periods to your preference, and the data will adjust accordingly. You’ll see the total number of activities and the overall training time for each selected period. Additionally, you’ll get a detailed breakdown of the types of training completed. You can hide individual types of training by clicking on the respective type in the legend. All charts can also be downloaded as PNG files for easy sharing or analysis.

If you move the “Numbers” slider to the side, the individual tiles are displayed instead of the graphics.
Properties
If extra properties have been added to the activities you have carried out, these can be analyzed here. Select the properties you want to analyze on the left under “Please select properties with numerical values” and on the right under “Filter by”.
Sets/Reps/Weight
If you have worked with the specified properties for the exercises, you can view the evaluations here. The number of repetitions and the duration are displayed graphically for each individual exercise. If you move the slider next to “Show Weightload”, the number of weights used per exercise will also be displayed.

You can show or hide individual exercises by clicking on the name of the respective exercise.
If your coach has combined exercises into groups, you can use the “Group exercises and evaluate these groups” tab to view the groups as well as the evaluations for each group.
Load Monitoring Dashboard
Dashboard
Under “Weekly Foster Load” you will find a weekly overview of your reported Foster Load. The graph shows the total Foster Load for each week.

Further down, under “Health Metrics and Symptoms”, the daily values are displayed. The graph shows how your reported motivation, mood and sleep quality have changed over the course of the week. The reported injuries, pain and illnesses are also visible. The weekly totals of all values are displayed.

Load Monitoring
Under “Foster Load” you can see every single Foster Load reported by you. If you move the mouse over a bar in the graph, the day and the exact value are displayed.
Further down, the graphs “Mood, Motivation and Sleep Quality” and “Pain, Sickness and Injury” show the change in these daily values. You can zoom in and out of the graph to display only certain days, for example.

ATL CTL
This graph shows you the three parameters ATL (Acute Training Load), CTL (Chronic Training Load) and TSB (Training Stress Balance). These parameters help you to monitor and adjust your training load, recovery and fitness level. You can zoom in and out of the graph and display the exact values by moving the mouse over them.
