You have several options for sending an email to your athletes or other coaches.
Individual athletes
Go to ATHLETES in the menu on the left and click on the name of the desired athlete. The email address is displayed below the profile picture. Click on it to send an email directly to the athlete.
Individual coaches
As a club admin
Under SETTINGS – COACHES, you will find an overview of all coaches in your club. Click on the name of the desired coach. The email address is displayed below the profile picture. Click on it to send an email directly to the coach.
As a coach
You can only send individual coaches an email within a group or team. We explain how this works in the next section.
Several athletes/coaches
If you want to send an email to multiple users, you must first create a group or team.
In a group
Go to TRAINING – GROUPS and select the desired group at the top. Go to the corresponding tab at the top (Athletes or Coaches) and check the boxes on the left next to the names you want to send the email to (or the top checkbox if you want to select all athletes). Click on the “envelope icon” at the bottom. Write your email message in the window that appears and add a file if necessary by clicking on “Add Attachment” at the bottom. Then click on “Send”.
In a team
If you want to send emails within a team, proceed in exactly the same way as in a group. Simply select the desired team under COMPETITIONS – TEAMS.
