Edit athletes’ global status

When you click on ATHLETES in the menu on the left, you can see the global status of all your assigned athletes at a glance in the list. The default setting for Global Status is “Healthy”. Athletes can also adjust their Global Status themselves in their profile.

The following global statuses are available:

  • Healthy
  • Injured
  • Sick
  • Excused
  • Suspended
  • Vacations
  • Army

If you want to change an athlete’s global status, click on the current “Status” in the right-hand column of the relevant athlete’s row. Select the new status in the window that appears and specify the date range during which it should be valid. Then click on “Save”.

There is also the option “Automatically Excuse from Events”. If you activate this option, it means that the selected status will affect future or already planned trainings for this athlete. If you plan a training for this athlete within the specified period and the global status is not set to “Healthy”, the event status for this athlete will automatically be set to “Excused” for this training.

Finally, click on “Save”.

Athletes can change their global status themselves at any time and activate the “Automatically Excuse from Events” option.

If you click on an athlete’s name and go to “Status” in the left column, you will see an overview of all statuses used this season. The graph shows the distribution of the different statuses in the current season, and in the list view you can see all status changes, including their duration.
