Location manager

Under TRAINING – LOCATION MANAGER you have an overview of the occupancy of the individual locations. Here you can adjust the start time, duration or location of the planned events directly if required.

Daily

The “Location Manager – Daily” view gives you a quick overview of the planning for a selected day for a main location. You can use the filter function to select a main location and all required locations.

You can also filter by athletes, coaches, training groups or event types to display only certain events.

Timeline

In the “Location Manager – Timeline” view, you can see the planning over a timeline of one day, one week or one month for all main locations and locations. You can use the filter function to select the main locations and locations you require.

Edit event

In both views, you can easily move an event to another location using drag & drop, adjust the start time or change the duration by “stretching” the event.

If you click on an event, you can see which athletes and coaches are scheduled. If you click on the name of the activity/session above, you will be forwarded directly to it and can make changes there if necessary.

The location manager helps you to recognize overlaps. If you have planned several events for a location at the same time, these will be highlighted in red.

Settings

The club admin can click on the “Settings” button at the top right and set a fixed start and end time for the calendar display in the settings menu.
