Training analyses (athlete)

Under ANALYSES – TRAINING you have a variety of different evaluation parameters of your performed trainings. At the top you have the tabs «Overview», «Performance», «Attendance» and «HR Zones». 

Select at the top the time period for which you want to have the data displayed.

Overview

Here you can see which types of training you have practised most frequently and how often you have trained both individually and in a group. You can also find statistics on your attendance here.

Performance

Here you have, among other things, an overview of the daily, weekly or monthly training times as well as a more detailed evaluation of the types used in training (by number or hours).

Attendance

Here you will find a detailed evaluation of your attendance as well as an overview of all activities in which you participated or were absent.

HR Zones

If you link your heart rate data with the activities you have performed, various key figures are available to you. These show you, among other things, in which heart rate zone you have completed the most training hours. You also receive an overview per week and month, including the TRIMP display.
