You have the option of entering additional trainings that you have completed yourself and were not planned by your coach. The coach can then see what other trainings you have completed.
Create activities
You cannot create your own new activity, but under TRAINING – TEMPLATES – ACTIVITIES you have two options for planning with existing activities.
In the “Club Activities” tab, you can see all the activities that your coach has created and shared with you. If you click on the “star symbol” in the “Actions” column, this activity will be added unchanged to “My Favorites”. If you click on the “duplicate icon”, a copy of this activity will be added to “My Activities”.
The “Library” tab lists activities that have been made available by your federation. Click on the “plus symbol” in the “Actions” column to add this activity to “My Activities”.
Edit activities
You can change all activities listed under “My Activities” according to your needs (e.g., add more or different exercises). Click directly on the name of the activity and adjust the details.
Plan activities
Under TRAINING – PLANNING you can plan or report activities you have carried out yourself. On the left under “Templates” you will see all activities that you have saved under “My Activities” or “My Favorites”, as well as all “Club Activities”.
Drag the desired activity to the correct date and enter a start time, a duration and the type of this activity.

To delete a planned activity, you can simply drag and drop it out of the calendar.
Plan a session
You can not only plan activities, but also use sessions provided by your coaches or your federation. A session always consists of several activities.
The procedure for planning a session is the same as for activities. Simply follow the same steps, this time under TRAINING – TEMPLATES – SESSIONS.
To plan a session, you must switch to the “Sessions” tab under TRAINING – PLANNING.
Plan a training plan
Finally, you can also plan entire training plans provided by your coaches or your federation. A training plan can span up to 10 weeks and consists of activities and/or sessions.
The process for planning a training plan is the same as for activities and sessions. Simply follow the same steps, this time under TRAINING – TEMPLATES – TRAINING PLANS.
To plan a training plan, go to TRAINING – PLANNING and switch to the “Plans” tab.
Create your own exercises
Under TRAINING – TEMPLATES – EXERCISES, you have access to various exercises provided either by your club (under “Club Exercises”) or by your federation (under “Library”).
Click the “Copy icon” or the “+ icon” to add exercises to “My Exercises”. You can also use the “star icon” to add them to your “Favorites”.
Under “My Exercises”, you can click “+ New” in the top right corner to create your own exercises. You can add both your own exercises and existing ones to an activity as needed.
