Unsubscribe from a training

You can subscribe or unsubscribe from a training using the event status. The default setting for your event status is “Available”.

There are several ways to change your status:

My Schedule

You can access “My Schedule” either via DASHBOARD – OVERVIEW by clicking on “All” in the “My Schedule” box, or directly via DASHBOARD – MY SCHEDULE. There you will see your upcoming events.

Use the various filter functions to display only the trainings you want.

Click on the status under “Event Status” to change your status. If you want to unsubscribe from a training, select the status “Excused”.

If you want to unsubscribe from a session, all activities in that session will be set to “Excused” by default.
However, you also have the option of changing the status for individual activities within the session. To do this, uncheck the “All Session” option.

In a training

Under “My Schedule” or in the “Calendar”, click on the name of the activity or session. This will take you to the training details. Click on the status under “Event Status” at the top to change your status.

Important: You can change the status of an activity or session up to one day before the training (midnight). This is stored as the default in the system. However, the club admin can define the period during which a change of status is still possible.
