7) Training Analyses

Under TRAINING – ANALYSES you have a variety of different evaluation parameters of your performed trainings. You can switch between the «Athletes» and «Groups» tabs at the top to view either the overview of individual athletes or your various groups.

Click on an athlete (or a group) to get to the detailed view. At the top you now have the tabs «Overview», «Performance» and «Attendance». If you have selected a group, you also have the «Athletes» tab.

Select at the top the time period for which you want to have the data displayed.

Overview

Here you can see which training types have been trained the most and (if you have selected an athlete) how often he/she has trained individually and in groups.

Performance

Here you have, among other things, an overview of the daily, weekly or monthly training times as well as a more detailed evaluation of the types used in training (by number or hours).

Attendance

Here you have, among other things, a more precise evaluation of the attendances and a list of all the activities in which the athlete participated and was absent.

HR Zones

If the athlete links their “heart rate data” to an activity performed, you have various key figures here which show you, among other things, in which heart rate zone the athlete has completed the most training hours. You also have an overview per week and month including TRIMP display.

Athletes (only if a group is selected)

Here you have a list of athletes of the selected group with an overview of the number of participated and missed activities.
