This dashboard is only displayed if your club has activated the “Training Module” and you are a Club Admin.
Select one or more coaches under “Settings” on the left, as well as the desired time period.
Calendar View
Here you can see the various schedules of the selected coaches at a glance, clearly displayed in different colors. Choose between monthly, weekly or daily view.
Coaches Statistics
Here you can display various key figures on your coaches’ assignments. For example, you can see how many days a coach worked, how many days they were off or how many activities/hours they did on average per day.
You can also download the list with the number or hours of activities per day as a CSV file.
Overview/Datatables
Here you can compare the selected coaches graphically using various parameters.
All graphics can be downloaded as PNG files.
Playground
Create a monthly payroll for the coaches based on your information, including overtime and other factors. Simple hourly accounting is also possible.
The coaches’ payroll statements can be conveniently exported as a CSV file.
