Activities Monitoring

This dashboard is only displayed if your club has activated the “Training Module”.

Under “Settings” on the left, select one or more athletes you would like to analyze and the desired time period.

Planning

Here you can see the calendar of the selected athlete in daily, weekly, or monthly view. If the athlete is scheduled in several clubs or federations, the respective dates are displayed in different colors.

With the “Planning Overview next 31 days” slider, you can specify whether you want to see future planning (slider turned on) or past planning (slider turned off).

Activities

Here you can see how often each type has been carried out (number of training hours). You can hide certain types in the two charts on the left and right. Simply click on the respective type in the list to hide it.

Further down, under “Data Table and Bar Chart with difference between planned and done”, you will find a comparison between the planned and the actual types covered. The types actually covered are based on feedback from the athlete.

Under “Only Methods” you can view all the methods that have been carried out. An “*” means that no specific method has been selected for these trainings. You can use the “Without * methods” slider to hide these trainings so that only the methods actually used are shown in the graph.

All graphics can be downloaded as PNG files.

Week/Months

Here you can view the hours practiced per week or month in a bar chart by type. Click on a type in the legend on the right to display only this specific type.

Further down under “Chart per day”, you can also view the types performed for each individual day.

In the “Chart/Duration per method” section, you can see all methods broken down by week or month. You can use the “Without * methods” slider to hide the hours without a selected method so that only the methods actually used are shown in the chart.

If you move the mouse over a bar in a graphic, the exact number of training hours is displayed.
All graphics can be downloaded as SVG or PNG files.

Compair

To compare athletes with each other, go to “Settings” and select up to four athletes under “Compare 1–4” who you want to compare with each other.

At a glance, you can see the total number of activities and the total training time for the athletes in the selected time periods. You will also see a detailed breakdown of the types of training. To hide individual types of training, simply click on the corresponding type in the legend. All graphics can also be downloaded as PNG files.

If you move the “Numbers” slider to the side, tiles are displayed instead of the individual graphics.

Properties

If you have added extra properties to the activities, these can be analyzed here. Select the properties you want to analyze on the left under “Please select properties with numerical values” and on the right under “Filter by”.

Important: Only numerical properties can be evaluated.

Sets/Reps/Weight

If you work with the specified properties for the exercises, you can view the evaluations here. The number of repetitions and the duration are displayed graphically for each individual exercise. If you move the slider next to “Show Weightload”, the number of weights used per exercise will also be displayed.

You can show or hide individual exercises by clicking on the name of the respective exercise.

Important: Only the data submitted by the athletes as feedback will be displayed.

In the “Group exercises and evaluate these Groups” tab, you can combine exercises into groups and display the evaluations for entire groups.

Under “Create Groups”, first enter a name for the group and then select the exercises to be assigned to this group at the bottom. Save the group with “Save Group” and then open the tab of the created group. Finally, click on “Save to BigQuery” to save the group under “Existing Groups”. You can now view the evaluations of the individual groups under “Analysis Groups”.
