In the training module, you have two options to get an overview of your trainings and to view the details of the trainings.
Go to PLANNING to see your monthly calendar. You can also display a week or a day. Click on a training to see the details.
You can also go to TRAINING LIST to see the list of your trainings. You can also use the filter to display only a specific time period. Click on the name of a training to see the details
Details of an activity
If you click on an activity, you will see the following details:
- In the “Overview” tab, you will find a description of the training and further general information about the training
- In the “Details” tab, you can see when the training takes place and how long it lasts
- In the “Athletes” tab, you can choose between athletes and coaches in the drop-down menu to find out which other people are planned for the training
- In the “Exercises” tab, you can find out which exercises are planned for the training
- In the “Feedback” tab, you can provide feedback on this training if your coach requests it (more on this in the article: Providing feedback on training)
- In the “Properties” tab, you can find out which properties the training is equipped with
- In the “Elements” tab, you can see which elements are being worked on in this workout
- In the “Athlete Notes” tab, you will find additional information for the athletes if the coach has written a note
- In the “Heart Rate” tab, you can enter your heart rate for this workout (more on this in the article: Adding heart rate data to a workout)
Details of a session
If you click on a session, you will see fewer details in an initial overview than in an activity. Instead, you will see the “Activities” tab. If you click on a specific activity here, you will again see all the details listed above.
