First Steps Training

We will start by showing you how the training planning in Force8 Coach is structured. After that, the individual steps will be explained to you in detail.

  • In training planning, a workout is always planned either as a single activity or as a session.
  • An activity is normally created from different exercises. If desired, an activity can also be created/planned without exercises.
  • A session is always created from different activities.

Example:
1) You create individual “warm-up exercises”.
2) You can combine some of these exercises into a “warm-up activity”. You can now use this “warm-up activity” for your training planning.
3) Or you can create a one-time session, in which this “warm-up activity” is only the first part. Further activities like a “strength unit” or a “cool down part” are additional activities which will be added to this session. You now have a session which consists of 1. warm-up 2. strength and 3. cool-down.
4) In the future you can plan your workouts easily and quickly with this created standard session. Of course you can adjust the content at any time.
